•  Shipping:  All orders will be shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking from North Little Rock, Arkansas within  1-5 business days after order is paid for. Most orders ship next business day if ordered before 6 PM EST. Any temporary changes to the shipping policy (due to vacation, sickness, etc) will be posted at the top of the website.
•  Refunds:  If there are any  issues with your order do not hesitate to let me know.  Within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order, if you have problems you can 1) Allow me to troubleshoot the issue via messages if applicable as most issues are user error not familiar with item, 2) Return item for repair and I'll return back to you, or 3) Return for refund if in like new condition.   Return shipping is paid for by buyer.  A tracking number will be required from you for all returns.
